The project directors are responsible for implementing and maintaining this policy on each project. All employees and associates will be made aware of the importance of achieving this policy, which will be reviewed periodically to ensure its continued suitability and applicability to the company’s activities.
The Company sets out the policy, procedures and operating practices to be followed. Every member of staff is to be familiar with this policy and the detailed procedures and practices applicable, to their area of work. These procedures and practices are subject to regular monitoring and updating as and when necessary. The commitment for continuous improvement is persistent at all levels of the organisation.
The quality system has full support of senior management and together with the supporting procedures and work instructions ensures that activities are controlled in a manner compatible with achieving contractual obligations effectively. It is mandatory that all staff adhere to the documented company procedures in order to achieve a consistent approach to Quality Assurance.
The company is fully committed to maintain a Quality Management System which meets the requirements of ISO 9001: 2000.
In view of the company activities with the contribution of all levels of staff the company have established a set of Quality Objectives across the whole organisation, which are set at Management Review meetings and are monitored on a regular basis.
